I grew up in Idaho, but California is home.

I was born in Salt Lake City but grew up in Idaho. My first teacher in a way was my mother, who taught me that, spiritually, there were a lot of ways to experience the divine.

I came to California in my early twenties, and started yoga in my thirties.

Professionally I worked in digital media, for many years at agencies, then at Wells Fargo. I managed design teams then became a design strategist.

I’ve been teaching yoga since 2017.
